A Soldier’s Life and U.S. Sharpshooters A presentation by Lon Simpson on June 22nd starting at 9:00 AM at The Way We Were Walking Tour Commemorative Park (located next to Zion’s Mercantile on Mulholland Street). This activity will include music and will continue through out the day. In addition at 2:00 there will be a Demonstration of the Period Technique for Civil War Field Embalming. This all relates to the traveling Civil War Exhibit located at the Nauvoo Tourism Office.
